C.Paravano Tracking Order Status

The shoes on their website are lovely. I ordered a sling back pump which appeared to be sleek and elegant in the photos. When they arrived the shoes were not as elegant as they appeared on the website. They seemed as if they were made from a larger pattern design and they had raw unfinished edges anywhere the leather had been cut to make the straps.i call the cparavano customer service for return and cparavano phone 𝐸𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉 zero 3 𝗧𝘄𝗼 FIVE EIGHT 0̲3̲7̲ THREE and they help me with my return Very helpful

Shoes were far too small, and C.Paravano made the return process difficult. I sent photos as instructed in their return policy and requested a return label. They pushed back, asking me to exchange rather than return, which I find sketchy. I sent two more emails asking to return (not exchange) the item. They sent an email requesting photos (again) and providing a shipping label that was not pre-paid.... So I had to buy a UPS label anyway, in which case, they could have just provided their return address on the website and saved me 5 emails and 5 days of back/forth (during a 14-day return period). This is not a consumer-friendly process or business. Two stars for the unique style of the shoes, but I'm never ordering from them again -- not worth the headache.

I love the style of this shoe. I also bought it in the black. I ordered size 7 which is normally my shoe size. This shoe is a bit bigger by mane s good 1/2” more. I would recommend to others maybe to order 1 size smaller. The shoe is made well.
