Address my issue and offered a solution

I have been with cove for 3 years never had real issues everything was on one app then slowly they started to change that now they want me to have like 4 different apps so everything works I don’t want that first my outside cameras stopped working they said I had to get new ones when did it was a different brand so had to get a different app for them to work now my inside cameras stopped working (never got a warning) called asked they told me they were no longer supported would have to get another app for them to work I told the lady no she then said I would have to update my system I said ok she then told me was going to cost me almost $400 to do that so that way everything would be back on one app this sounds like a ripoff to me an just away for them to make money I’m going to look into other companies and switch I would not recommend this company

I appreciate all the help and troubleshooting. Whenever I call for assistance the situation is resolved.

Is replacing the equipment at no charge to me. Using account credits.

Luna did an amazing Job and helped get my system running after 2 previous failed Attempts and getting my 3rd system sent to me that finally works
