Cos Tracking Order Status

Always what I am looking for and fit just how I like it. Barrel leg joggers, not over big on the leg, feel weighty but very comfortable on. Oversized white t shirt, very comfortable and looks smart for dress up or down, same with the boxy long sleeved t shirt, light green. I just love the quality of Cos clothes and design, t shirts feel dressy so do the pants. I am 5ft 5in tall not slim not fat, slightly busty. I always feel comfortable and fashionable in Cos and the clothes wash and wear well.

Ich habe einen Mantel gekauft, der im COS-Onlineshop als Mantel aus Manteco-Stoff beworben wird. Als der Mantel ankam, sah ich, dass sich auf der Innenseite des Mantels nirgendwo eine „Manteco“-Markierung befand. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und mir wurde eine Fallnummer zugeteilt und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass man sich in Kürze mit einer Antwort auf meine Frage bei mir melden würde. Nach ein oder zwei Tagen kontaktierte ich sie erneut, um zu sehen, ob sie eine Antwort hätten, und sie versprachen, dies zu überprüfen. Nach ein paar Tagen wieder das Gleiche. Nach 8 Tagen kontaktierte ich sie erneut im Chat und die Dame sagte mir, wenn mir der Mantel nicht gefällt, soll ich ihn zurückgeben?! Unprofessionelles Verhalten und möglicherweise fälschlicherweise als Manteco beworben. Ich behalte den Mantel, weil er mir gefällt (und ich liebe übrigens COS), aber dieses Verhalten hat mich unangenehm überrascht.

Colis livré (encore une fois par UPS, pire plateforme de livraison) en Point Relais, alors que nous sommes au domicile, aucun appel, aucun passage... UPS = INCOMPÉTENT ET IRRÉSPECTUEUX Juste l'attente d'un beau cadeau désespérément envié... Attendons de voir la tête du carton, je reviendrai vous en dire plus ! Ah oui, j'avais quand même déboursé 10€ pour une livraison express censait arriver le samedi 21 octobre... bah voilà, lundi 23 octobre, rien, ni personne, bravo ! Quand est ce qu'on va arrêter de prendre les gens pour des idiots...?

The quickest and most forthcoming customer service I have experienced - there was a mess-up with my return refund, which was correctly solved literally in few hours. Also, when a company boasts quick and easy returns, I highly doubt they are much easier than with COS (return label is already included in the package, no need to fuss with printing, running about, etc.). Thank you COS!
