Cosplay Shopper Tracking Order Status

This is my second time buying from here, the previous being Ranma Saotome costume. I was very happy with it. But this wasn't as good. The material and the coat basically were very nice, but there were some problems. There were no pockets, unlike they had sewn to look it like there was. The 'necklace' was sad. The 'jewels' were just pieces of silver fabric, sewn unprofessionally. The pants are good, just a bit big, but that's okay, you can put a belt in it. The gloves are perfect, they fit perfectly and feel comfy. Shipping was very fast. Allover, I am quite happy with with my costume

I placed an order with Cosplayshopper for a costume in September. Their website stated that I would be able to receive the costume by Halloween if ordered before the end of September. I placed the order with 9 days to spare given their time frame. Two weeks pass and I get an email stating they wouldn't be able to make their deadline due to high demand and if I wanted a refund I could get one or they could continue to process the order. I was extremely bummed out about hearing that but decided to go ahead and wait. Long story short, I waited a total of 2 months and emailed them asking what has happened to my order. They then told me they had supply issues and it wouldn't be done until the end of the year. If I would have known it was supply issues and not just a high demand of sales I would have just asked for the refund. But instead they decided to keep me in the dark about what was really going on. I decided right then and there I wanted a refund because they lied about what really was causing the delay to my order. They only refunded me $58 out of almost $300 that I paid in full at the beginning of all of this. I will never do business with them ever again! Buyers beware of their shady business tactics. This isn't how you treat customers!

After reading some bad reviews about Cosplay Shopper, I was a bit worried, but my experience is great. The costume was sewn (tailored) very fast and I love it - right size, good fabric, looks just like it should. Although I had some problems with customs, the package itself arrived in my country impressively fast. The customer service is something awesome - you get answered in no time, and professionally.

Well it’s my first time ordering and overall it’s was an good experience. They had a fast response if you had any questions. It took 26 days to arrive to Denmark. The size and quality of the dress was just perfect. The socks was a little too small, but it was ok. The wig had a little bit of green in it, when it was suppose to be black, and the bangs was a little to long. But overall a great experience. Definitely going to buy from them again

I got what I ordered. I got concerned about my order after I read must review about being scammed. On my own experience after 4 days I got the order number and after 10 days my order. My daughter is happy with her tenten costume.
