Cosmetize Tracking Order Status

I ordered from here every couple of months and every time I have ordered they always come within 2 days if not next day! Order is dispatched so quickly and they have a few times give me products for free in my order!

I have used this site a handful of times. My orders are has been dispatched promptly and using the service requested. On one ocassion I needed to contact the customer service team and they were very helpful. Prices are reasonable as is shipping. I definitely reccomend this site for afro-caribbean hair products.

So I ordered a couple of things, and unfortunately two items couldn’t come, at first I gave this place a 1 star, because I automatically assumed that they wouldn’t respond or I would have to fight for my life for a refund or to get the products Thankfully they did prove me wrong, they emailed me back within 24 hours, and explained the situation. Now I would have preferred to be told beforehand that a product wasn’t coming due to reasons they can’t control, so I wouldn’t be as surprised I will order from the website again, the price is just too good And I would give 5 stars but I’m waiting for the money to be returned in my account first

This company has variety of products tailored for afro hair. They are also more affordable when compared to other sites. Have been impressed with products purchased so far.
