Cosabella Tracking Order Status

I ordered a t shirt awhile ago . haven't heard or seen anything yet.i just don't even know if I will receive it. Don't have a phone number I can even call.

I ordered few products from your site Order details : 1288788 The order status shows that the payment is canceled. But the payment is complete and I have also sent them the transaction document. The customer care is not replying to any of the mails. Worst customer service ever Updated : this is a valid order number. It might be showing invalid because I canceled the order few minutes back. One of your support person contacted me and I already provided the details to refund . She agreed and again called later she said order is already dispatched. Don't try to show your customers as liars !!

I received a faulty item and spent over an hour on their chat, only to be informed I had to pay for the faulty item to be sent back to them and wait another 10 days to receive my replacement. Shocking! It's a shame as the product was rather nice.

Very good service! My new bra didn't fit well so I wrote Cosabella that I was a bit disappointed. They immediately offered to send another model without additional costs. No need to return the 'old' bra.

Be very careful with the company that is representing themselves as Cosa Bella. There website is cosa-bella.co. They are ripping people off!!!! It's unfortunate that the real cosa bella gets hits for it but people be aware. The real Cosa Bella's website is cosabella.com. BE AWARE!
