Core Commerce Software Tracking Order Status

I had a website built over 2 years ago and my designer chose corecommerce software. They put their charges up several times without my knowledge and the only bill you get is hidden in the back office which went un-noticed until my designer guided me there. Payments were leaving my bank sometimes at the rate of 3 times in the same month without my knowledge and I have had to report it to my bank as corecommerce have not been at all helpful since this discovery. I have asked for a signed contract from me which they can't produce neither can they produce any emails sent to me regarding charges. I have a second website which I different designer made for which with free software so who needs to pay corecommerce a penny when others do it free. They took money from me until my card expired and they refuse to compensate me. Buyer beware, you can get this service free and corecommerce are not only expensive but they increase their charges without informing you. Total Rip Off! Judging by their only other review it is a fake review. it sounds more like an add than a review they are clearly selling the service and not reviewing it. The pricing is extreme, the contact is poor and you have to communicate via a ticket system. If your site goes wrong it takes a while to fix. In all my years in business this is the worst experience in my life. The other review gave 5 stars, the question is who wrote it the owner or a friend? if I could award zero stars I would but 1 star is as low as it goes.
