I placed an order, then realised I’d forgotten an item, so I phoned customer services, which was answered by a disinterested voice who said they couldn’t add anything to the order I’d just placed and suggested I place another order for the missing item. If this was Amazon or another mammoth organisation I would understand, but I was really disappointed with the lack of any attempt to care about my situation, even if they couldn’t help. I ended up ordering elsewhere. Updated following company reply. Lovely passive-aggressive reply “we’re sorry that you interpreted….”. So not sorry - just blaming me!
