I have just received a fantastic Scorpion keychain from COPPERTIST.wu. The workmanship is superb and I can use it as a bottle opener as on of it’s pinchers moves. It came very carefully packaged and in a gift box wrapped up in a cloth. This is standard for items sent out by coppertist.wu and comes at no extra cost. They have also emailed me a 15% discount for future purchases and I have earned more points which I can redeem at anytime. The customer service is phenomenal. They keep you informed every step of the way and all queries are answered no problem. I would highly recommend this company.

I wanted to buy a puffer fish bell keychain from COPPERTIST but they only delivered it in the US. I asked them why and they said they would post it out to me with something else I had bought. They gave me a 15% discount on it and payment transaction went through smoothly. The customer service I have received from this company is phenomenal and I would highly recommend. I find their negative feedback had to swallow.

Absolutely fantastic keychain. The workmanship on it is incredible. Came very carefully packaged and didn’t have to wait long for it considering it is hand made. Customer service in excellent as I asked a question and got a reply quickly. Would highly recommend.

AGGIORNAMENTO (subito dopo questa recensione sono stato invitato dall'azienda alla modifica di quest'ultima in cambio di un rimborso) L'arrivo in ritardo del secondo pacco (il primo è stato smarrito) è solo la punta dell'iceberg. Qualità pessima, sembra di aver comprato un orecchino da una qualsiasi bancherella ambulante con la differenza di averlo pagato 10 volte tanto. Nel mio caso avevo acquistato degli orecchini a forma di serpente dorato e non appena presi in mano avevo notato subito la pessima costruzione, non erano nemmeno perfettamente circolari e di conseguenza non si chiudono bene assicurando un sicuro smarrimento al primo movimento brusco. Per non parlare dei materiali, definirli pessimi è un complimento, dopo nemmeno una settimana diventano verdi, e la soluzione fornita dall'azienda è stata quella di affidarsi a molteplici soluzioni banali e monentane descritte sul loro sito, tra cui: pulire con spazzolino e dentifricio. Soluzione efficace ma dopo nemmeno un paio di giorni ritornano verdi che sembrano muffa. Non mi sembra normale che debba stare a pulire degli orecchini ogni 3 giorni per evitare di avere un orecchio apparentemente lercio. Oltre la pessima qualità l'azienda non risponde all'email in modo chiaro e veloce. Tergiversano per darti delle risposte efficaci e non forniscono mai una soluzione immediata. Semplice dire che non acquisterò mai più da loro

First order went well, we loved our rings and everything went smoothly. I recently decided to gift my partner another ring but unfortunately, the size and model weren't a match. The website is unfortunately not equipped to handle returns to this day, and the process is not easy : - no mention of a return process nor address anywhere so you have to email them - First response didn't give answers regarding process or address, only time limit and asking for a photo of the product - Then they asked for another set of pictures "in daylight" (mind you the previous pics were taken in daylight + spotlights so product was very clearly visible from multiple angles), still no address. - Had to insist multiple times to have an address so I could send the ring back before the 14 days return limit - Had to pay 30euros to send everything back to the US from France (this is actually mentioned in the FAQ but I didn't expect this much for a small box with a ring in it so it did bum me a bit, although I can admit postal fees are not their fault), I sent it right away - They kept insisting that the exchange would be made upon receiving ring back when I had been asking over and over for a refund - A week after my package had arrived, two more emails, and an angry review here which I've now edited in regards to evolution of the situation, the warehouse finally confirmed that my package had been returned and I have received my refund. Customer service definitely needs improvement. The products are nice (this ring just wasn't the right fit), but if you're unhappy with the the product it's going to be a hassle. Living in the US will probably make it easier to send back (postal fees / no customs etc). It's just not the kind of shop where you can order thinking "if I don't like it I can just send it back". Make sure you want what you buy !
