Copa Airlines ConnectMiles Tracking Order Status

My boyfriend is a first-time traveller (like, had never even been on a plane before) and went to South America. When trying to fly from Rio de Janeiro to Medellin, he was told he needed a Yellow Fever vaccine and couldn't board the flight. We were caught out because a Yellow Fever vaccine isn't usually required for Colombia - it's just because he was travelling from Brazil first. Nonetheless, we didn't expect any kind of refund or help with our fares because it was his fault, and Steven from Copa Airlines kindly gave him credits to use anyway - even for the flight that was due to depart in an hour. We are so thankful for this as it saved my partner more than €800, and it made a bad day and a silly mistake a lot better.

Eu achei uma companhia aérea boa, o suficiente, mas não é a melhor. Tem espaço suficiente pras pernas, coisa que a Latam A320 não tem, é a melhor companhia aérea de refeição, cada voo tem refeições diferentes, incluindo massa, arroz e frango, carne e purê. O avião em si é apertado, porque enquanto a aeromoça está passando com carrinhodecomida, o passageiro tem que esperar pra passar. Por voar muito pelo Caribe, poderia ter mais turbulência, mas até que teve pouca. Voei de São Paulo pra Cidade do Panamá, conexão de 1hora e 30, aeroporto bem tranquilo. De lá fomos pra Miami, e na volta foi a mesma coisa. O atendimento e educação dos comissários, não é bom!Eles não conversam, são frios e não dão atenção. Entretenimento 0, telinhas só na executiva e economy extra. Tem tomada pra celular, mas eles não dão fone, cobertor nem nada, diferente da Azul e Latam. Banheiro limpo, mas apertado. Podem melhorar as turbinas, pois o barulho é sufocante.

Flight Bogotá-Miami. Very nice and professional staff. We arrived on time both times and check in process just like boarding was nice. Flight attendants were nice. No food from Bogotá to Panamá City but they gave us nice rice with beef (or pasta and cheese) when flying to Miami. Only issue is that the bags took too long to come out at the carousel in Miami. Would fly again, I like this airline.

With all the negativity surrounding air travel and bad reviews for so many airlines - I felt compelled to share our GOOD experience with Copa. Flights were on time; aircraft were clean; staff were courteous and helpful (although their check in process is painfully slow); in air service was fine. Food was tolerable (at least a free meal was offered where so often it's not anymore!). We travelled to South America from Toronto - and then to several points within South & Central America while we were there. All our flights were on time and as scheduled. All our checked baggage arrived with us - nothing lost or delayed. These days that seems like a miracle! The ONLY reason I'm giving them 4 and not 5 stars is that our tx were very expensive and we weren't allowed to either use or accumulate our Aeroplan points (Air Canada) - even though Copa & Air Canada are part of the so-called Star Alliance. Not being able to use points - or at least accumulate them - is flat out wrong.

Se canceló un vuelo. Me dieron el voucher de un hotel con el cual no tienen convenio. Espere más de 4 horas a qué me solucionen. Llame a los números de atención al cliente y no funcionan. Mi vuelo fue el CM414 del 24 de marzo de 2023. El hotel en cuestión es el tryp de bogota. Sinceramente muy mal servicio y sobre todo pésima comunicación. Al menos me reprogramaron el vuelo para el día siguiente. Al final luego se esperar como 4 horas el hotel nos autorizo la estadía. Finalmente copa cumplió.
