ContactLensKing Tracking Order Status

I’ve used your company several times in the past without issue. This time was different. I order two day shipping giving myself a full week for the contacts to arrive before my son left the country. Two days before we was due to leave and well after they SHOULD HAVE arrived, I called to follow up on my order and was told that it hadn’t shipped yet but would be shipping in another three days. I didn’t expect it to take almost two weeks to receive on order that was supposed to have expedited shipping. When the order finally arrived I had to turn around and ship them again to my son out of the country - additional costs. No fun

Seems good. I wear them Only one time. Was easy to ordered.

I was unhappy to see that the price went up so much on my contacts. They are an old brand. It was $10 more per box, so that wasn't good. Otherwise they were sent quickly.

I have been with this company for over 13 years! No issues.
