Contabo DE Tracking Order Status

Contabo VPS servers are affordable and perform reasonably well. However, I’ve experienced recurring downtimes of several hours, approximately once a month. When a server goes down, there’s no clear estimate of when it will be restored. Since their support operates on German business hours, resolution often takes 6 to 10 hours. One of my VPS instances went down yesterday, and even after more than 36 hours, there’s still no update. These issues make it unsuitable for mission-critical eCommerce websites. I haven’t tried their VDS, so I can’t comment on its reliability. I’ve used their VPS for the past two years. While the service was stable last year, this year has seen more frequent downtimes. For business critical hosting, I wouldn’t recommend Contabo VPS at this time. Based on my experience, alternatives like Hostinger VPS are currently a better option.

My VPS was down for more than 10 hours. This issue affects too much to my users. There is no real-time status update from Contabo, I am still waiting for it active again but not know when it will be fixed, it is terrible

I have been using their VPS service for a short time now. I've been testing it out for now, but so far I'm happy with the provider.

Requested an upgrade which was supposed to be processed within 48 hours, resulting in a brief downtime for the VPS. Unfortunately, the VPS has been down for over 9 hours now, and there has been no response to tickets or emails.

For their prices, you would expect less, but I've been a Contabo customer for a few years now and they have proven to be a reliable provider.
