I am a longtime customer, Constant Contact has provided much success to our team over the years. The platform is easy to use and has great integration systems like Canva.

The platform is just okay. I can't say I was very impressed with the overall layout compared to other options out there. But it worked to get email blasts out and I could see the results of those emails. To be fair, I didn't spend a whole lot of time on the platform. I sent out email blasts every now and then and used a lead magnet. The lead magnet utilized an automated email that seemed to fail every time. I paid for the 6 month automatically billed package to save a few bucks. After trying it out for about 3 years I decided I wasn't maximizing my money and decided not to auto renew. So I changed my settings to not auto renew. Somehow the system did an auto renew anyhow. I called the company immediately and asked why it auto renewed and that I did not want to renew. The lady on the phone said she can't do anything for me now. They do not issue refunds and that I need to call back to cancel in 5 months. Any company that has a policy that does not offer refunds period, is not a good company in my opinion. My experience with Constant Contact previously wasn't phenomenal but I wouldn't say I had any negative experience with them. But now I have reason to believe this company is not trying to help other businesses but is in the business of taking other businesses money. Definitely read the fine print if you're going to use this company. But my advice is look into other companies that have better policies and offer refunds.

Like many, I tried the service, cancelled, and found that I was being charged a maintenance fee. I called the company. Of course their party line is that it was disclosed when I canceled. I can't say this is a lie, as I'm sure it was in the fine print somewhere, but very well hidden. I'll leave it to you to decide how cynical a company has to be to hide a $5 recurring fee in the fine print. Either way, their tools are meh.

Highly recommend! Constant Contact is an excellent product backed by people that will actually get on the phone and talk to you if you need help. That is very rare when buying technology these days. The email functionality is outstanding and it’s so easy to use. It scales with you as you grow.
