Conn's Tracking Order Status

This was the first time we visited the store. Great staff, selection was great. Had what we needed, prices were lower than other places we shopped. Plan on going back for a living room set we saw. It pays to shop. Their financing was comparable to others. Need to watch the extras if you don't need them don't get them.

I am too irritated with Conn’s. We bought a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher back in November. Well the refrigerator went on a blink about two weeks ago. Thought it was just the filter. Ordered on line and replaced. Still error message on refrigerator FF E. Called for service after we tried everything in the book. Unfortunately there are not service technicians in our area. My husband threatened to take the refrigerator back and drop it off at their front door. They found a service tech that was willing to service our refrigerator. Why would you sell LG’s if you cannot service them. The tech company is based out of Houston, TX. We live in Taos, NM. Now they cannot be here until 6/13. We have been without a refrigerator since 5/26. We had to throw out all on of groceries. And of course their warranty does not cover perishables….I will never buy from Conn’s or buy a LG brand of anything ever again.

I was told there is a reselect policy if your unhappy with furniture you just bought! No refunds. However I just pulled a return policy for Conns! It states you can get a full refund less stocking if products are return in originally packaging along with any promotional discounts! Within 30 days on furniture. I m not happy with people who deceive the customer. Update Conns said they do not have a return policy on furniture!

Mr. Wilson at the Lafayette,La store exuded outstanding customer service. The sofa purchased, arrived as promised, in brand new condition and with care by the delivery team as promised.

Since my last review I have changed the order to a different furniture before the next delivery date to my town right outside Austin Tx. I took all the trouble as a sign and glad I changed my mind. Conns did a great job on this order and allowed a couple of perks for all my trouble. There was a possible mishap happening when they delivered my two recliners and brought up two that didn’t match. All ended ok when they realized they had the matching one in the truck. Whew! That was close! Being on the cusp of the delivery zone I may have had to wait another week. Time stopped for a bit but all turned out ok. Maybe all the trouble was a sign to change the sort of furniture. I don’t know but I am happy with what I have and appreciate the extra that Conns done to make a bad experience end ok.
