Website promised a free gift of honey for orders above £60. It did not give instructions on how to claim it. I assumed that if I ordered more than £60, the wise people in comvita would honour its promise. But just in case,I sent several emails to remind them on the free gift even as the order was being processed. But no. No free gift as I didn’t place an order for it! Even before the package was despatched, I tried to cancel it. But no, they can’t cancel it. So the package arrived without a free gift. Why? Because I didn’t place an order for the free gift. I have asked them to send the free gift. That would sort it. No, they said, they can’t, even though I qualified for it. I wanted to return the package without opening it. But no, I have to pay for the returns. Avoid!

I rate Comvita very highly and have used their products for many years. They deserve 5 starts. Unfortunatelly they now use The Hut Group for their deliveries. My last order was a mess;1 star for that. It simply took a lot longer than stated to deliver. Then... one product was missing because wasn't in stock, they notified me afterwards. It got here at the end, weeks later. Another item had a shorter than expected 'end of' date. I don't think I will buy directly from tComvita's website again, I will look at other retailers. CS replied my email eventually but wasn't good enough.

Delivery took longer than I thought, but items were velivered in great condition and with good best before date. Lovely product.

Excellent company , I ordered jar of honey Saturday late afternoon and it arrived Sunday morning. I definitely be ordering again . The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than other companies.

I bought 3 pack of manuka honey from comvita.co.uk website. One of the 3 jars my ordered arrived was damaged, however, I could easily reach the Comvita, they immediately responded and send me a replacement. The taste of honey is so good. I prefered to Comvita because of its UMF certificate and brand's reputation.
