Мой рейс компанией wizz air из Еревана был задержан на сутки. Я жила у друзей и ничего не потеряла. Но вспомнила, что что-то полагается. Я в поиске нашла этих ребят. Отправила им минимальный набор документов (посадочный талон и паспорт вроде). И мне сказали, что я скорее всего получу компенсацию 400 евро минус их комммисию. Дней за 10 удалось получить компенсацию от авиакомпании. Еще месяц я открывала европейский счет. Так как мой армянский не подходил. Деньги, 280 евро, дошли за 1 день. Все стадии рассмотрения моей заявки можно было отслеживать в личном кабинете. Очень удобно. Спасибо что берете на себя взаимодействие с авикомпанией.

It was very easy, only had to fill out the info and they did everything for me!
