Vor lauter Angst hab ich direkt über den Kundenservice und über PayPal meine Bestellung storniert (c.a. 2 Tage nach Bestellung). Zu meiner Überraschung wurde mir innerhalb von ein paar Stunden sehr freundlich geantwortet, dass es ihnen leid tut und ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Obwohl auf der Website steht, dass man bei einer Stornierung 4% Bearbeitung zahlen muss, hieß es, ich würde den ganzen Betrag zurück bekommen und sollte direkt bei PayPal nachsehen. Ich war nicht verwundert, dass nichts eingegangen war. Also schrieb ich am nächsten Tag noch einmal eine freundliche Mail, wie lange es dauern würde. Und ich bekam wieder innerhalb weniger Stunden eine freundliche Antwort, dass die Auszahlung bereits veranlasst wurde. Ok, PayPal kann ich ja eh erst später einschalten. Aber sieh da, nach weiteren 2 Stunden bekam ich von PayPal die Bestätigung der Rückzahlung. Ich kann also nicht beurteilen, wie der Versand oder die Ware ist. Anhand der Bewertungen ist nichts Gutes zu erwarten. Allerdings war der Kontakt und die Rückzahlung sehr schnell, freundlich und problemlos. Als kleiner Mutmacher für die, die schon bestellt und jetzt Panik haben
