Coleman Tracking Order Status

Brought a pump from Coleman and lost their product specific nozzles. After some searching on line I called them up. I got through to a stone cold lady who told me that there are no spare parts.....but I could claim on my warranty (it was not broken, so this was not going to happen)...and that was that! Completely ridiculous that my pump has become redundant. #Immoral #NotAGreatCompany #WontBeUsingThemAnyMore

I still have my working Coleman lantern from over 30 years ago that still works to this day. Their coolers are well made and durable. Lastly, we own a Coleman18' x 48" pool that is very durable and has lasted for many years without a single tear or rip. Good Job!

I called Coleman Customer Service to get some advice on an extension for my tent and was greeted by a particularly unfriendly and unhelpful lady. I tried to ask her for suggestions as they don't make one specifically but it just felt like she wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Just a no we don't sell that and no I don't have any suggestions. I'm quite a friendly person myself and run a company that expects their employees to be friendly and helpful. Personally I think customer service team members should have communication skills and at least try to be friendly. Oh well back to traipsing the internet then!

Bought this for a upcoming trip so I haven't used it a lot yet. But from the short tests I did it is great. Easy to fold, and comfortable.. nice american product!
