had issues with delayed shipping times after i had been told it would be sent during the week and it didn’t, i then contacted support and they more then made up for it, by getting it shipped within a few hours after i emailed, and responding within minutes to my email, they then later reached out to me saying i’ll be provided with 3 months worth of filters, they have very good customer service, if you have any issues at all reach out to them, 10/10 customer service
