Coinbase Tracking Order Status

Leider kann man Coinbase nicht wirklich nutzen weil man in einer Warteliste für die Verifizierung festhängt. Schade, auf anderen Börsen geht das in Minuten.

App design/interface very well done and in my opinion Coinbase is still the best crypto app but they have serious customer service issues. Similar to other reviews I've been unable to contact anyone about my account for weeks. I've tried reaching out to them via phone, email, online chat and have literally heard nothing back. Not even a response or a missed call or voicemail or email reply - nothing, it's like talking into the void. Seems to be a problem others have, hopefully it gets resolved soon but I would love resolution on my account issues as it's been weeks of no contact despite my outreach. I've read other replies too and will note I have included my case number.

Very well designed app that enables people with not much experience to still be able to find their way around and purchase crypto in the simplest way.
