The Coffee Beanery Tracking Order Status

Due to a system glitch, I placed two orders. Only wanted one. I reached out immediately and was told there are no cancellations and no exceptions but they would give me the 20% on the one order (better than nothing I guess). Then they billed me for two shipping charges, BUT sent everything in one box! I tried to get them to credit me one of the $8 shipping charges. Again, "no exceptions". But they offered me an $8 store credit after I told them I would never do business with them again. I feel scammed. :( *this is regarding Coffee Beanery in the USA

Very prompt, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for the tireless effort you made to ensure that I received the order before the 30 October. These incredibly special coffee accessories will be going to someone who will immensely appreciate each & every item. I am so grateful that such a special Australian businesses, such as the Coffee Beanery, makes such special items available for purchase online.
