CocoonCenter Tracking Order Status

At least twice a year I place a larger order and I am always very satisfied. Very large selection of great products, good prices, fast shipping (few days to Ireland), well packaged. Only with the last order I received a different scent of the shower gel than I ordered, but that's ok. The packaging is practically identical, so someone might not have noticed.

Delivery almost one week earlier than promised. Kept me informed through the process.

I'm a Cocooncenter customer since 2014 and I never had problems ordering from them. They got a large variety of products (from the French market as well) at a reasonable price so when I need something I just log in and place an order. And I really appreciate the fact I can pay in Euros. I definitely recommend it.

Everything went well with my order, it came at the time that was announced, with all the items I ordered and no problems. I received polite information on the phone about customs fees(there were none!) as the products I wanted came from France. I am very satisfied with the service and will order again. I was unsure whether to order after reading all the negative reviews on Trustpilot, but since everything went well I can recommend the website, especially for foreign cosmetics at competitive prices.
