Coccinelle Tracking Order Status

Eins vorweg: ich habe keine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice gemacht. Ich bewerte hier nur die Qualität der Taschen des Labels. Ich habe schon einige Ledertaschen von Coccinelle gehabt, und habe aktuell auch noch 2. Und ich bin begeistert. Sie sehen nicht nur toll aus (Shopper und Beuteltaschen), sondern das Leder fühlt sich wunderbar an. Ich bevorzuge die größeren Shopper in Beutelform, am besten noch mit langem Schultergurt. Leider fehlt mir meist noch ein kleines Fach, wo man von außen dran kommen kann. Aber ansonsten bin ich zufrieden und kann diese Taschen empfehlen. Für jeden was dabei, von sportlich chic zur Eleganz.

Ho ordinato una borsa...spedizione ok in 2 giorni ma pessimo l'imballaggio... una borsa di un certo valore buttata in una scatola senza un minimo di carta e plastica...ma come si fa? Nemmeno i siti più mediocri inviano merce cosi

I recently bought a bag from the Coccinelle website and to be honest I didn’t like the experience. The zipper of the bag is of poor quality and I found the bag a bit heavy for me. Tried to return the bag but the customer service is not very good. Decided to give the bag to someone else to avoid going through the difficult process of returning it. Bought a bag from the store in the past and it was a much better experience.

Ho ordinato dal loro sito e mi sono trovata bene. Articolo perfetto, ben confezionato, ricevuto in pochi giorni.

De beaux produits, malheureusement éclipsés par un site ne prenant pas en compte ses clients : la commande reste "en cours de traitement" pendant environ 5 jours alors que vous êtes débité immédiatement. La livraison est de ce fait très lente; le service client , joignable uniquement par mail , n'a aucun élément probant ni rassurant à apporter .Le site fonctionne mal notamment au moment du paiement et lors d'un contact avec le service client ( chat apparaît de temps à autre sur l'écran mais impossible de discuter avec un conseiller)
