Great customer service. I missed the Fourth of July sale and I reached out to them via email. They replied and refunded me the difference on my order. Amazing!

I love CNT especially their cargos. Most of these negative comments might be from haters or competition. I tag them all the time on IG as soon as I get my order haha

I like Coal n Terry for what it is but they have got to do better. This is my 2nd time online shopping with them. My first time I bought the tye dye BURBS tee & sweat pants. The tshirt was cool, quality is just okay! I do understand the shirts won’t exactly be like what you see online. Sweatpants were just okay nothing special to the brand (which sucks) just seemed to be regular Walmart/Target sweats, ordered an XS they were extremely big but all tags were torn off so I couldn’t tell if the wrong size was sent! This 2nd time I ordered 2 BURB crop tops. 1 of the shirts the coal n Terry logo is all the way at the bottom & more towards the left side (horrible placement). Both of the shirts are bigger than what I would’ve liked, & again, all tags are torn out so you can’t see the sizing or anything! It very much gives buying Walmart tees & ripping tags out, dying it & putting a logo on top with no quality, no strong branding, no tags! I really think the brand has potential & hope they get the funding one day to do better! OH BUT THE SHIPPING IS GREAT!

I love their products!! I ordered so much from cargos, sweatshirts, t shirts, and tanks, and everything is amazing quality. I absolutely am obsessed with their streetwear design and unique style. I have received so many complements already. Super excited to be buying from this small business again!
