I recently had a non-fault accident, whilst I am not so happy with the time this has taken to process. Since this first claim, I have ever made in 30 years of driving, I decided to check up on other people's experiences. What I found was quite alarming. However, they offered Parker's value for the car to which I was surprised and grateful as only expected half the amount given the extremely high mileage of the car and was advised to look for possible quotes on value, to which some were amazingly low. This score would have been higher, however, I had to chase for information regarding the claim. The staff has been helpful and understanding and seems moving in right direction.

I should have read reviews first! I contacted the Co-Op for a home insurance quote as, as a member, I had a letter stating they would ‘guarantee to beat your home insurance renewal quote.’ After wasting a day waiting for a return call, they were, in fact, literally DOUBLE my Saga quote! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful.

Had another car crash into the back of mine yesterday and called Coop tonight to sort the claim out. I spoke to Kevin on the phone and he was the most helpful person!! He was the most polite and lovely person I’ve ever had to deal with over the phone. He deserves to be noticed for this!! Spoke to him between 22.15 and 22.46 on 17/01/22 so coop if you see this give Kevin some recognition for his amazing help!!

Actually had a very good experience with their car insurance. Very helpful and friendly customer services. I was having issues with my no claims bonus the team helped me to get it sorted but strangely my policy got more expensive with more no claims. The team were very understanding and helped me every step of the way advised me to get other quotes elsewhere, as i found one much cheaper they waived my cancelation fee and let me leave due to the mix up. I honestly cant thank them enough and if you get a good quote with them i would go for it. couldn't fault them at all. brilliant service.
