WARNING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.....FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD....DID I SAY FRAUD???? We used this company twice a few years back and had nothing but a good experience however, I placed an order in May 2017 for a 3 month subscription to begin in June. By July nothing has been received. When questioned I got a short email that the company was undergoing an owner change. A month later, nothing. I requested a refund....no answer....they stopped answering my emails and the phone number no longer exists. I filed with the BBB who said they made 2 attempts to contact them and received no response so they have closed the file. My credit card wouldn’t dispute the charge after 90 days ....something I didn’t know so now I’m out $140.00. There are taking everyone’s money and running with it. Don’t know how they are still getting away with it. Hopefully they will get caught at some point!

This place took my money and ran. No response by email or by phone when I called to find out why they never completed shipments. Beyond bad experience. Worst I’ve ever had.

I really enjoyed receiving this as a birthday gift - a different gift card every month! Last month they sent a letter saying they're going to be switching to e-gift cards so give us an email. I've received 4 and now this month a similar story to what I've been reading... unforeseen circumstances, delayed shipping, so I asked for an e-gift card. They said they aren't starting that yet and do I want to wait or refund? I decided to wait so we'll see. On another note, my family bought one for my grandpa for his 90th birthday. He passed away shortly after and didn't get to receive one. When my mom called to ask for a refund they denied the request. Come on, he died! And now every month my gramma is receiving these packages for my grandpa, as if she's not already distraught, here's monthly reminders. Very disappointed in how they Handled that. Don't even need a refund just a credit so she could buy something different and not have my poor grandma getting reminders every month of my grandpas passing :(

I have been receiving steaks for the last two months.They arrive frozen in a foam cooler with dry ice, labeled with the type of the steak.They are very tender, and are the best steaks I have ever eaten.I have been telling my friends and family how wonderful they are but i'm not ready to share,maybe next month.M.Mccaffrey
