Club Monaco Tracking Order Status

Great in person services.

Online shopping experience has really gone downhill. One order placed Jan 2023 was cancelled by CM due to online ordering issues on their end. With my other orders placed Feb 2023, I received no confirmation of shipping, no tracking numbers. Had to reach to CM customer service to chase down those details. Items that did ship were sent ground and took 2-3 weeks to arrive. When I returned two items (because they arrived too late), store staff had to refund the taxes in a separate transaction, making for confusing and complicated refund process. All in all, shopping online at CM was a poor experience. Used to be great, but seriously lacking now.

On line club Monaco this is my first time ordered my experience is very poor customer service, totally opposite what I expected. I did order two items at the same time Feb 11/2020, I receive one after few days, I did call three times including today to ask where my second item is, finally today after 3 weeks told me it must be lost we will refund your money but the item is out of stock. I am very disappointed I love this item, if they told me long time I could look in stores. Personally I will never ever order from on line club Monaco.

They do offer nice actions and a lot of discounts if you are really looking for nice brand, so I do not get your point entirely. Can we make something happen with them or not? Right now there is free shipping when order is more than $99, feel free to do it.
