The customer service department has been the easiest to deal with. Today the staff was able to assist in sending me an exchange for some thing I purchased as a gift. They were swift to email back right away! Made the full process easy! I wanna shout out MIGUEL AND JOEY!! There are major brands that deal in jewelry. HOWEVER C&C has been consistently a powerhouse in FINESSING development and showcasing elegantly sinister pieces of products. (Love the sunglasses collection) Without a doubt, one of the brands I patiently waited 10 plus years to purchase some pieces due to being in high school and not having big boy money. Now i splurge from time to time. Due to being in the hospitality business I have at least a half dozen guests at our boutique hotel ask away on where I got my unique silver! I only ever had one issue that was not related to the shipping or product quality. Super minor but a stone fell out of one my pendants but I’m browsing local brick and mortar stores to replace it with a Ruby, because why not? Superior craftsmanship from a trustworthy source. I'm a customer since 2018, when I bought my first piece from them (Nightshift - stainless steel). The piece had some known issues with the spring mechanism that eventually broke. Being used to the customer service from many other places I never bothered to reach out for the warranty since the piece was also discontinued. Six years later, I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed, I received a full refund for that order in form of a voucher that I used to finally buy the silver version of their upgraded Nightshift. This was just one of the many interactions with their services, and so far, I was never let down. Keep up the good work!

I have quite a few C+C pieces and love them all. The customer service and communication is amazing and even when things go wrong they jump in quickly and help out. I ordered a bracelet in the wrong size and on the weekend customer support reached out, told me my options for exchange and even followed up with emails and text messages! These folks go way above and beyond!

I waited and waited to finally treat myself to a ring I had been eying up for a year, my small business had a really exciting project and as a reward to myself I thought now is the time. Using their own sizing guide using mm I picked my size and ordered, after nearly 2 weeks the ring arrived and excitedly I tried it on only to find it was WAY too small, thankfully they had included their own ring measuring tool in the package, using this I determined the size it should have been. I went through the returns/exchange process to get a replacement in the correct size, which cost me an extra $6 plus postage, sent the item back to the UK returns centre via Royal Mail tracked 24 then emailed them as requested in the returns instructions with proof of postage and tracking number, now 2 weeks later and several attempts to contact the company I have had no response or update apart from one message from their Instagram page directing me to the websites contact us page. I have used the website contact form, sent multiple emails and use social media and no one has answered, to cap it all their live chat on the website gives me error messages whenever I try to use that, I am down £160, have no ring, original nor replacement, and cannot seem to find a way to even speak to an employee to get some kind of resolution. The only reason this review isn't 1 star is because the ring quality (although I only had it for a day or two) and packaging quality were great.
