Worst comunication with Clara. Also they are trying to cheat with payments for transportation to abroad.

Fantastic company! I’ve delt with this company 3 times, one was a moroso sofa, made in Italy, sent to clippings and on to me in Northern Ireland, absolutely faultless, Lizzie in customer service could not have been nicer, guided me with updates and appointed a fantastic courier company to my home, WILL buy again without any hesitation at all, id award 6 stars if I could.

Having seen a chair in France from the Hay brand we decided to purchase on our return to the uk and discovered Clippings on the web and placed an order. Good communication and an acceptable delivery date was supplied. The delivery arrived early (good) but was packed so badly that one chair had one leg completely snapped off (bad). A replacement was agreed following my supplying images but this took 9 weeks (bad) and again the packing was equally poor even though we had asked for the packing to be improved. Good brands, good communication by customer services but poor performance! Hard to recommend to others.

This company are very difficult to deal with, very poor at providing updates, and unresponsive to queries. There was a delay with part of my order, due to a problem with the supplier (and so not clippings fault) but it took 4 emails and a phone call to work this out, despite being weeks after the due date. Promises to follow up are not kept and emails are not read properly. I would not order from this website again - unfortunately, I had already placed a second order before I realised how bad the service is, hope that is more straightforward!

I ordered a light for our kitchen which cost near £300 and it arrived scratched. It had multiply scratches all over the surface of this large acrylic shade. I contacted Clippings and was told that the scratches were part of the manufacturing process, which I find hard to believe. I was given the option of a return. I am disappointed that this company is happy to distribute sub-standard products on behalf of other brands. The person I spoke to was very pleasant but she could offer nothing other than a refund. If the company wants to maintain a good reputation then it should sell only the highest quality products.
