Clintons Tracking Order Status

The sales assistant in the Leeds store (opposite Boots) was amazing. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was so helpful when I was choosing hellium balloons for a birthday event the previous weekend. Refreshing in this day and age for staff to be interested in helping. I returned because of his helpful and knowledgeable approach and purchased balloons, gift bags and cards confident my balloon table display would be ready to collect on the 9th just prior to the event. Not only was the display absolutely gorgeous but the same assistant called me advising they were now ready to collect. When I arrived to pick them up he was attentive, humorous and an absolute delight. Top marks for customer service!! Clinton's you need more like him. People will pay more for great customer service.

Visited Lakeside store 22nd June, was in electric buggy, as have walking issue, but wanted to purchase an anniversary card for my wife, asked for help the response was amazing, very kind lady helped me get card from top shelf, took my payment card to the till, other side of the shop and returned with card in bag, and with a great smile thanked me, WOW

A big thank you to the young lady with the infectious laugh at the white rose store for going above and beyond to sort a problem that originated from the York store where we received the wrong figurine in the box when we opened it. She sorted it and rang me back within 5 mins. York didn't answer the phone!! Please pass this on to the white rose staff.

The quality of cards were great. Just what I wanted as they were very important cards. Quick delivery which I can’t fault and the packaging made sure the cards wouldn’t be damaged.

I had an issue with the next day delivery but I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and polite. The lady I dealt with was called Lauren and she is a credit to the customer service team! Very efficient with replies over email and so understanding. I have worked in retail a long time and all you hear is negative reviews, but customer service from people such as Lauren is worth it’s weight in gold, to hold onto customers and keep them returning again and again. Excellent service and beautiful cards. Highly recommend.
