ClickBasin Tracking Order Status

I'd recommend Clickbasin as they have good products and a friendly business attitude, I base a company on how they handle customer issues not normal dya to day business, and found Clickbasin to have excelled in this respect. I ordered a corner cabinet, counter sink and tap. Unfortunately I needed a special sink and a standard one was sent. The mistake was rectified quickly and effectively, although I had to propose sending the replacement by express delivery and picking the wrong item up at a later date. Sink turned up the next day as stated. Only gripe is that I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but asked and was politely refused. Can't win them all! Overall good, reliable, quality response to a 'common' mistake when orders are changed from the normal catalogue entries.

The sink I ordered had American fittings so I had to purchase a converter kit to fit it It would have been nice if I had been informed of this before I purchased it, or if it had been included with the sink .A simple job made unnecessarily difficult!
