I ordered contact lenses and was informed that it needed to be produced and sent from the manufacter. I was given an expected delivery date of about a month later, which was fine. That date passed and I didn't get any updates to inform of the delay. It was only when I emailed that I was informed my delivery date had been shifted out by two weeks. Updates on delays would be much appreciated in future.

Buying spectacles online may seem difficult: can you trust the seller, what about quality, correct size, adjustments, delivery, returns etc. etc.?
