Clearly.ca Tracking Order Status

Helpful customer service over phone. Easy self service to return item with prepaid postage. The first return I spoke over the phone with a representative since I was new to buying my glasses online. She was helpful and made my experience stress-free. I had the wrong PD in my lens due to my own error. Second return was a size of frame issue and I did the return online through my account page on Clearly. It was easy and made me persevere to get the correct pair. Very happy.

Website was easy to navigate and the selection of choices was simple.

I ask for an old prescription and i got it so fast i didnt had time to cook my lasagna Claire did an amazing 10 star job !

I have been purchasing my contact lenses from Clearly for the past 15 years. The service has always been exeptional. This time around is no different. My contact lenses are of great value and good quality!

Claire was excellent in assisting me with checking on the status of my return. She was polite and professional. I had ordered Ralph Lauren sunglasses, I guess I got confused when it asked me what kind of lenses I wanted. I assumed it came tinted gradient like the advertised photo, so I didn't choose anything. But I did notice the default setting on the lenses said clear that were free. At the time it didn't make sense to me. I didn't know that if I wanted those tinted gradient lenses I would have to get that separately. Upon receiving my order my glasses were clear lenses. I was told I had to choose tinting for an additional cost. I ended up sending them back because I wanted sunglasses. Now I'm just waiting for my refund, I would definitely 100% order from here in the future. Just make sure if your ordering sunglasses to go through the settings thoroughly. And if unsure talk to chat support to help check you out. I have also ordered contacts from here in the past and it was excellent. They always got my prescription details always correct. Returning was quite easy, they emailed me a return label that I could print at home. Brought it to Canada Post and it took about week for clearly to receive it from Ontario to B.C.
