ClearCaptions Tracking Order Status

Why would closed caption phone need my wi-fi-number. ?? I asked computer it giving my wi-fi- number to a business is dangerous?? The answer was a definite do not give that to any one.

I accumulated over 350 ClearCaptions voice mail on my iPhone, and could not delete all of them simultaneously. I called ClearCaptions Customer Service for instructions. I had been transferred four times, and finally, someone came to help, but not much a help, he doesn't know how either. "ClearCaptions" is such a poorly managed company, The quality of customer service is almost a big ZERO. If/when you need a caption phone, don't use this company. there are other better resources.

I have "Clearcaptions" on my land phone and iPhone. I have so much trouble with this company's service. Half the time this Clearcaptions line on my iPhone doesn't work. call rings and the line cuts off. So many callers complain to me about my phone. When I have a question, I call the helpline and the chat line. The automatic helpline is useless, and the chat line doesn't know what he is talking about. This company has extremely poor service. Please do yourself a favor to go somewhere else.

I subscribed to Clearcaption line phone and wireless phone. When this phone malfunctions, this company will not support you in any way, you are in the cold. The wireless Clearcaption phone has very limited functions, it has no phone block function and no delete old voice record function, and many of the phone options don't work. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
