It seems like a longish time to me, but then I'm pretty impatient. Still I'd like to have what I ordered.

I have been ordering Wool Fat Handmade Shaving Soap from Classic for years. Husband loves it! I was leary at first since it was so expensive, but it is so creamy and moisturizing! He skin is so soft afterwards. It washes clean out of his razor making the razor last longer. No soap scum in the sink. The cake lasts at least a year unlike cheap drug store cakes. Plus I ordered Black Lavender which makes his face smell yummy. Lots of other scents, too. Can't recommend this product any higher. Thank you, Classic for a job well done!!

Almost a week since my order and it still hasn't been shipped. This was a gift which would have been given at the party had a company actually fulfilled the order within their listed time. Ordered Friday and got a notification they finally printed the shipping label almost a week later.

CS is not trying to win customers for life, but rather customers on a whim. Like others are saying, they don't care about you once they have your money. After I placed a $300 order, they would not respond to requests for help or return (within 30 days). The pre-shaves are a complete scam and I can't even return them. And, after only a couple shaves, my razor is dulled out and useless. Their sharpeners have not been restocked since the day I found their site, and I've not had luck with other sharpeners. I've placed two orders with CS this past year. Both were several weeks late (especially given the 2-3 day shipping you're forced to pay). I had to email about both orders to see what the hold up was since they're no longer taking phone calls. On my second order, they assured me it shipped, but it hadn't until 2 weeks later right after I emailed them again. So I wonder if it would've even shipped at all had I not emailed twice. A short time after, they sent an apology email with rewards points to all customers asking us to bear with them because of high volume of sanitizer orders and the death of an employee from covid-19. Sad as it is, it's hard for me to feel bad for them considering how they treat their customers. If you can't fill orders, don't take them. If my order hasn't shipped, don't tell me it has. If you know it's going to be late, how about make it free shipping? And if you're understaffed, maybe hire some of the millions of people without a job right now. Months later, I still haven't gotten those rewards points they promised, while they're rolling in the truckloads of cash they made from overpriced sanitizer. Lastly, I got emails asking me to review products I just bought, so I did. None of my 3 reviews were ever published, as I suspected. They weren't bad reviews, but I realized they won't publish anything unless they're perfect 5-star reviews (like a lot of sites are doing now). If you're censoring reviews, prepare to be found out. All in all, their razors aren't bad. And the cologne is actually decent. Just don't expect you'll be able to return anything, get any help from their customer service after purchase, or to receive your items anywhere near on-time despite being forced to pay for priority shipping.

I placed an order for a straight razor and some supplies in mid-April. I was a bit anxious about the purchase when I didn't receive updates and didn't get a response from emails. I eventually did get a response via Facebook and received all the products ordered, shipped out that same day. It appears the company had closed for a period and has now re-opened. All products were up to my expectations. I'm new to straight razors. The first shave with a Hart Steel razor was difficult because it's a new thing for me. The razor is excellent as far as I can tell.
