Clarks EU Tracking Order Status

I had an accident with my delivery i can't tell you exactely what was about, i was really desappointed, i was wearing clarks when i was a teenager in 80's and i was so in love with those shoes my mother was gifting me while growing, so for me Is a very meaning brand, i got refund and it gave me relief, so i can look for another pair of shoes now. Thank you again Clarks for your Great customer support team.

Para hacer compras, excelente. Cuando hay devoluciones es como un portal diferente y es mucho más "espeso" seguir todo y no es tan sencillo como debería. Mi devolución tardaba y nada más ponerme en contacto con ellos lo resolvieron inmediatamente y perfectamente. En ése aspecto, fenomenal. Hubiera agradecido haber podido llevar el paquete a Correos o más opciones aparte de Celeritas.

Had a great refund experience with Clarks. Unfortunately the shoes I ordered didn't work and by the end of my work day I had four blisters on my heels. Clarks refunded me the entire cost and didn't ask for the shoes back, Angela was a super star! Instead of losing a customer I am now willing to give another style a try. Thank you!

Molto gentili e corretti: Avendo avuto una mancata consegna del pacco ordinato, Clarks mi ha perfettamente assistito sin dall'inizio per avere un rimborso di quanto pagato.

Normally the shoes fit excellent but I think this type of shoe does not fit me
