CityPass Tracking Order Status

City Pass: primeira e última vez. Já viajei anteriormente para várias cidades europeias e estados unidos, utilizando outras marcas do conceito de cartões pré-pagos para atrações turísticas e todos funcionaram de forma exemplar. Não digo o mesmo do City Pass... esqueçam a publicidade "skip the lines": o PDF do bilhete foi enviado por email e imediatamente a seguir recebi outro e-mail com códigos numericos para as principais atrações. Dado o PDF ter codigos de barras, enviei e-email a solicitar um novo PDF com os codigos e codigos de barras certos e foi-me respondido que teria de adquirir um CityPass. Lá foi para Praga e como previa... o PDF não funcionava e tive de ir para as filas (2x) de forma a que me dessem novos bilhete com codigos de barras de forma a poder serem lidos pelos leitores de códigos de barras. Pergunto: porque não me enviaram um novo PDF com os novos códigos de barras? Em segundo lugar, procurei informações junto de empregados locais nos guichets na rua: pois não sabiam e nem quiseram saber, chegando a dizer que não era a mesma empresa..... Resultado: PESSIMO SERVIÇO, NÃO COMPREM ESTE CARTÃO. Certamente eu não vou.

I recently purchased the CityPass New York and had mixed feelings about it. While I did save money by buying tickets for the included attractions together, I did face some issues while trying to reserve time slots for the ferry to the Statue of Liberty island and the 9/11 Memorial Museum. CityPASS didn't show all available time slots, which caused me to reschedule my entire visit. However, when I checked the official websites for these places, I saw that time slots were indeed available. Despite this, I must say that I was impressed with the customer service provided by CityPASS. I lodged a complaint about my situation, and to my surprise, I received a refund for my unused ticket in just two days! This definitely changed my opinion about the company for the better. Based on my experience, I recommend using CityPASS, but be sure to reserve tickets at least two days in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Overall, I found CityPASS to be a cost-effective and convenient way to visit New York City's top attractions.

It's helpful to have all tickets in the same place without fear of being scammed. However if you are a student it is possible that direct ticket sales could be cheaper. It would also be more convenient if citypass itself offered an app in which to store and buy the tickets. As not all users will have data plans when they visit a certain country.

We bought a family city pass during a trip to Seattle for a friend’s wedding. It offered great savings and gave us something to do almost everyday we didn’t have a wedding related activity. All the venues that offered online booking in advance also had a method of redeeming the CityPASS through their site making it very convenient. There’s a good range of attractions on offer suitable for adults and kids. I would happily recommend CityPASS and look for it again on a city break in the future.

I give CityPASS a thmbs up. You don't have to stand in line nor make reservations. I used the Atlanta pass and it was worth it. If you price each attraction you pay way more than intended. Only thing I didn't like was the pay to park and it's limited parking. Please park at the train station and take Marta or catch an Uber/ Lyft. I enjoyed visiting the city with the CityPASS money well spent & saved.
