The ordering and delivery was good but unfortunately the shoes supplied as a size 13 are really only a size 12 and therefore not useable to me.

Wow. Jaemi at Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast!!!! She exceeded any service I have had at a shop for many many years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. Don’t ever let her go!!!!! She was helpful and polite and took initiative. Came away feeling great with our purchase!!!!
