City Chic Tracking Order Status

Had a few little issues but the customer service more than made up for it they have been fantastic with every issue I have had. Wrong dress arrived and they sent a replacement as long as they have it in stock. Had issue before with a defect on dress and they provided a gift card with refund amount since they could not replace!

I have purchased from this site a few times and had an amazing experience every time. If I ever had to return anything it was pretty easy and hassle free especially considering I am able to do it in store even if I got my stuff online. The only thing I’m unhappy with is sometimes washing the clothing it shrinks.

Flattering, decent sales, wide range of sizes. I have had problems with customer service in the past, but equally I've had amazing experience with their customer service team.

I am so impressed & relieved to discover City Chic. Finally!! Clothes that are flattering, hip & well priced in my size!! Not to mention the great range of beautiful bras! I have been a loyal customer for five years, I have never been disappointed, in the clothes, the quality & the service. The online shop is always delivered super quick, & always has online exclusives. Every time I walk into a shop I am greeted with a smile & a hello. Always the shop assistants are more then happy to help.

My first order on this website and loved all the products, was great to have some pretty lingerie for bigger sizes. Two of the bras were surprisingly big though so needed to return. Unless you can return to a store ( I am in the South Island of New Zealand and they are only in Christchurch) so I have the choice to drive 5hrs or courier them tracked to Australia costing $65 !!! The bras were on special $40 each so not worth doing it for the difference of $15 refund. When I wrote an email asking if I could return them to the Auckland warehouse the package came from, I was told they don't have one and they were sorry I'd have to drive 5hrs to nearest store. It's a shame as lovely lingerie, but I won't risk ordering again in case I'd need to return. I order a lot on line and have always had an option to return to a NZ address or postage is covered. Time for City Chic to get with the program...welcome to 2022
