Cineworld Tracking Order Status

The 'self-check in' screens weren't working and so we had to go have out tickets scanned by the worker (no biggie). when I was booking the tickets online I chose our seats and PAYED for them, but then got an email saying the payment didn't work even though it had been taken from my bank already. i proceeded to re-buy the tickets ,in different seats. It's been 3 days and I haven't anything back from customer services about getting a refund for the other tickets.

The branch I go to is the best cinema. It may be further away from where live compared to the other cinemas but this is worth going the extra mile. The cinema tickets may be expensive but unfortunately that's part of the cinema experience. What I really like about this cinema is the following: Their ticket machines actually work. I can simply walk in and order a ticket with a debit/credit card. Done in a few minutes. The salt popcorn is excellent quality because they are fresh and warm. It's even better that they don't mix it with the sweet popcorn. Please keep it that way. The place is kept clean. Usually when you walk into a cinema screen there is always litter leftover from a previous screening. But not this one, the staff do an excellent job of cleaning the cinema fast. Not a single popcorn was found on the floor or on any seat. Please keep it that way. The toilets are also very clean. Spotless, no bad smell lingering. When it comes to buying snacks however, there is the issue of having few staff for too many customers. You have to hire more staff at the counters. The queues are too long and there is very little amount of staff to deal with all these customers. There are plenty of counters but very few staff. That isn't good. Hire more staff. Simple. That way people don't have to wait so long. There is a good underground car park here. Nice and big, I didn't have any problems. This cinema is a good place to take the family. We saw the Super Mario Brothers. The kids had a lot of fun. Overall a Good Cinema.

My movies in O2 London are cancelled twics in a row and one with no notice. I had booked those with voucher. I called customer care for voucher, and discussed about cancellation and he was like " if you want voucher you can take else cut the call"

Not enough staff present to serve.

Great customer service today. I accidentally booked online, tickets for a performance with subtitles. Despite paying with cinema codes via a third party I called customer services ( option 3) on a Sunday and after a short wait got connected and was kindly emailed codes to rebook. They aren't obliged to do that so I was very impressed. Very helpful and considerate.
