Chubby Mealworms Tracking Order Status

I was a little shocked to find three mouldy mealworm cakes in my order. I have sent a message using their online form so hopefully I will hear back and they will remedy this issue. I was not happy having to throw away defective products and it did make me worry about the rest of my order from January this year. Last thing I want to do is poison the wildlife.

I have been using Chubby Mealworms UK for about 4 years now. I buy all my bird food and some accessories from them. Great prices, good price, very quick delivery and fantastic products! Promises made are fulfilled every time. I have never been disappointed. They even extended their hedgehog food, my only communication to customer services! I highly recommend them.

Really good customer service. Ordered a mealworm feeder, which was a lot cheaper than most other retailers. Order arrived very quickly and well packaged. What more can you want. Would definitely use them again.

Very quick service I have purchased calci worms for our resident hedgehog, sunflower hearts, peanuts and fat squares - all eaten without fail - we have had long tailed tits back after not seeing them for 5 years.
