Jeg har gået rundt med deres model ‘Paloma’. Jeg synes kvaliteten af solbrillerne virker til at være i den lave ende. Den ene brillestang er nu faldet af og jeg kan ikke gå med solbrillerne mere.

Seeing a Black-friday-only offer, being replaced by a 50% off everything offer with the text “when these items sell out we want restock..” which also is a lie, leaves me with a bad feeling as a customer.

Jeg måtte returnere, fik bedste service. Var lidt! bekymret efter at have læst de dårlige anmeldelser her på Trustpilot. Jeg fik pengene retur indenfor få dage. Tak

My Paloma glasses fell off of my face while walking into a bakery. Everyone was laughing, me too, which was fine. But Paying ~100 EUR for these for this kind of quality – never again. Now trying to glue the right-side bow back to the main piece, since the support team didn't want to provide any replacement. They look good though. But stay away, since we cannot support companies who scam us by selling low cost sunglasses for 100 EUR.

Sunglasses arrived around 10 days after I ordered them. I have send two emails with queries since I ordered but not had a response to either email. Reading other reviews poor after care and follow up seem to be a common theme. I was going to order another pair in a different style but I don’t think I will now.
