I ordered a 6ft Christmas tree & a 3ft outside tree & lights for both. My outside tree was damaged in transit, I contacted CTW & they sent a replacement the next day. Really happy with the quality of all items, but the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for your prompt reply & service

There were a lot of options to choose from and good descriptions of all the trees. Quick delivery. I really like the 6ft pre-lit snowy effect tree I bought. It's exactly as described on the site. The only downside is I wish the lights would remember what setting they were on when switched off at the plug.

I took a chance on a company selling artificial Christmas trees much cheaper than other retailers. However I am really glad that I took that chance as I now have a beautiful tree. Very good communication about my order, delivered very quickly. Overall very good quality for the price.

I was considering buying a real tree this year, but decided to buy an ultra 6ft pre lit pine. It has exceeded my expectations. It was an easy ordering experience and arrived the next day. It was well packaged and easy to put together. It took a while to fluff out the branches, but was worth it. It was easy to decorate and looks absolutely stunning. This tree will be used for many years to come
