Easy to place the order. The tree arrived on the due date and was very 'healthy' and a great 'shape'.

Ordered a gift to be delivered before Christmas and it never arrived or was damaged in transit. I contacted Customer Service who offered a refund or replacment. Asked for a replacement and by the time they responded there was of course no replacements left. Although all staff I connected with on Customer Service were polite and respectful it would put me off using the service again.

3rd year of Christmas trees direct and happy again. Tree arrived in good condition and lasted really well through to 12th night. Bought a Norway spruce.

Impressed The tree arrived as planned and well before i wanted to put it up. When i did it took about an hour to release it from its plastic encasement but what a great way to deliver it because as i opened it it revealed a lovely moist tree within The tree was beautiful and full and has been much admired. I did not place this review until i was about to take it down as i wanted to see how well it lasted - and it lasted well!! I am very happy with the tree!!!

The tree came exactly between the times given. The tree looked healthy and fitted perfectly where needed
