Ascend Tracking Order Status

Stayed at the Comfort Inn on Matheson Blvd twice before and is very good, perfect for one night and parking with an airport shuttle. Unfortunately this stay has started with a disaster, I called the ‘Choice Reservations’ and booked the hotel, reiterated that I needed parking for nine days and was reassured it was all included, paid $213.24, guy said he was saving me $13.00, arrived today to find that I have booked through a third party reservation company, no parking and had to pay another $160 for parking at the hotel, I fly at 6am tomorrow! Hotel said there’s nothing they can do and it happens all the time. I am so angry, my one night is now costing me almost $400. The company uses the logo and you’d never know. I will not stay here again, I am sure there is something they can do.

I just stayed in the Econo Lodge in St Appolinaire Quebec and it was such a blessing and relaxing experience for me. After driving 10 hours from Niagara, I was greeted at the front desk by Alicia who was very helpful and professional. My room was clean, sheets crisp and everything was just at right. Later that night I slipped into the lobby bar for a beer and Alicia assisted with this also. Prices were very reasonable. Next morning the continental breakfast was great and checkout was seamless. Hotel price was very reasonable. 15 from Old Quebec City ( a must see,). Thank you to all. I'll stay here and recommend it to others.

I stayed at a Sleep Inn & Suites near Westchase. For the price, it was fantastic. I noticed the booth couches in the lobby were worn, so at first I was concerned that things would be run down, but those seats were the last of the issues. The room was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was appropriate for the price as well, and I was delighted by the Texas-shaped waffle maker.

The reviews cannot be real. I have been a member of Choice Hotels many years. Please make sure the rating is 4 stars or close as possible or the hotels at least in the DMV area will not be nice. I even found several needles in the bathroom in Baltimore. In staying at the Quality Inn 801E Parham. Booked two nights but was scared to stay 2nd. Saw glass in the parking lot in a.m. that looked like someones car window was broken. If you are looking for a decent room in this chain you probally need to pay very close to $200 a nite no matter what the reviews say. Leave yourself time to switch rooms, location etc. I have been disappointed many times, and more lately. I used to think it was just the Econolodges. Affordable should not be scary.

My stay at the Comfort Inn in Louisville, KY was the BEST ever...anywhere. The staff were amazing!!! I was not in the best of moods when I arrived but that all changes within 30 minutes after arriving. I was tired and took that out on some of the BEST people I had ever encountered at any hotel. They offer a fantastic room with very comfortable beds with clean and well stocked rooms. It was very quiet in the room also. The General Manager, Michelle, made the stay unforgettable. She was very, very hospitable and did an excellent job of providing the BEST atmosphere for all that stayed here. This hotel will be one I return to in the future.
