Chisholm Hunter Tracking Order Status

I've dealt with Chisholm Hunter on multiple occasions, both online and in store and I've always had a fantastic experience. I've just dealt Michael from the help department, he guided me through the exchange of my Longines Spirit for a Black Bay and he was fantastic. I will freely admit that I am not a easy customer but Michael remained curtius and professional at all times. I work for Brunning and Price but if I was the owner of B&P then I would be wanting to employ Michael immediately. He is a credit to Chisholm Hunter and a true gentleman. Absolutely brilliant customer service all around, thank you.

I would certainly buy again from chisholm hunter they went above and beyond for me ,the girl even ran to another shop for me to get the answer I was looking for ,amazing ...and when my watch arrived I even had a letter in it thanking me for shopping with them ,I that that was really sweet doing that that's what I call excellent service.

While visiting Edinburgh I went into your shop and Sarah was very helpful with advice and assistance in my choosing a watch. As it was a gift from my husband I wasn’t purchasing that day so she emailed me all the information. When I got home my husband went ahead and ordered online. The watch arrived and it was too small, in the past you bought a quality watch and there would be spare links, not Chisholm Hunters fault I know. Omega Ladies watches come with a bracelet of 16cm, fine for the average lady but at 5ft 9ins too small for my wrist. On contacting the online Dept I was initially told extra links would be at my expense because they included precious metal. I wasn’t very happy as in the shop I understood the watch would be sized for me. Alessandro looked into it and after further negotiation agreed to supply two links at no extra cost. My one criticism is if you order on a Friday Express Delivery isn’t available as my watch wasn’t posted until the Monday evening! The first half of the purchase was a joke. I ordered my watch on the right name and address but a human error on your side meant that it ended up going to the wrong address. Luckily the person refused to take it. Once I got through to complaints, they handled it very well and was very apologetic. Still haven't received my watch but hopefully it will be soon.
