Worked for a month then all 3 stopped within a week. Have changed batteries and followed all advice from the troubleshooting page. No good, waiting for customer support to contact me.

One of my Card Spots stopped working after a year, but they offered to replace it, since I’m within the 2 year warranty. I hope the quality of the products get better and they don’t continue to break, especially after the warranty is up, time will tell.

I have had my Chipolo for about 6 months now and it has saved me multiple times! I use it to track my home keys and I have also bought it as a gift for my fiancee. When I had some trouble setting it up, I contacted their support team and they were very responsive and helpful.
