I can't really review the shoes I ordered a month ago because they still haven't arrived. So disappointing, as I actually live in the same city where they ship from. I contacted customer service over a dozen times by phone and email, no email replies and mostly nobody picks up when I call. When they do, they can't really say much except to blame UPS. I thought this was a legit company but I guess not! I sure won't be purchasing anything from them again, despite the 30+ marketing emails they've sent me since I placed my order.

Terrible service, my clothes still have stains on them. This place does not know what they are doing.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered my shoes. I get the run around , ordered my shoes October 25 and still haven’t received them. A label was produced apparently but still no information to locate my shoes . I don’t know if they are coming or not but customer service is awful . Very disappointed . If I don’t receive my shoes are get any information to where they are I will be expecting a full refund

If you are a woman and really need some shoes that topic is clearly for you on all possible levels entirely and possibly and I simply do not get why so many negative here and why not to try it all with ease. Thanks for that matter.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this company and had such high hopes! Unfortunately I was very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of their products. First, they charged my credit card twice for the same product. When I called them and explained the issue, they denied any fault and told me that it was my bank that had in fact messed up. Therefore, I contacted my bank and was told that my card had in fact been charged twice by the retailer. I called customer service again and they acted like they had never told me anything and said the transaction should be reversed within 2-3 days. Overall, a lot of very frustrating back-and-forth. I received my shoes a few days later and was so excited! I figured that all of the turbulence was behind me, boy was I wrong. Within two days of very limited wear, the shoes broke!!! It turned out that the ankle strap was only glued into the shoe and it popped off while I was walking! THIS WAS AFTER TWO DAYS! As you could imagine, I was very very frustrated with this entire experience. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service as to what is going to happen next but after reading their return policy online, I have a feeling they will make me pay to ship the shoes back and then issue a refund for the price of the shoes ONLY. So disappointing. So moral of my story is this is a very disappointing company with poor quality for a high price tag and employees that are only concerned with profits and NOT customer satisfaction. Needless to say, both my and my friends business will be directed elsewhere.
