Very quick delivery, and the packaging is lovely, a very nice touch....will definitely order again

I purchased a jumper in the sale which was size 10, only to find out they sent size 8 by mistake. I rang customer service and they explained they will look in to this and call me back. It got to ten to five and no call. I rang to chase this and to see what is happening they said it takes time to look in to (took me 2min to see jumper sold out online). At no stage customer service said they will try to send me replacement. I gave two stars as they arranged to collect the wrong order from my house, if I had to go to post office it would be sadly just one star as this was rather painful shopping experience, maybe I was just unlucky but my issue didn’t get solved, I simply missed out due to their error.

Fabulous next day delivery although I hadn't selected or paid the additional charge for this. Delighted with the Sarah-Louise blue smocked traditional dress for my granddaughter. Quality as always and purchased in the sale.

The items were beautifully packed and excellent. The team assisted with quick delivery of an exchanges item and made sure it arrived in time for the event , as requested. Highly recommend
