Products arrived next day super speedy delivery and excellent customer support from April

Order arrived promptly. Unfortunately, a couple of very fragile items arrived broken despite excellent packaging. Great customer service from April, who promptly sent out replacements which arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my order and friendly, helpful customer service. I will shop here again :)

I am a big fan of Chickidee, in particular their homeware. I have purchased many homeware items over the last few years and have always been pleased with them (and have received compliments from friends and family too!). I spoke to Chickidee support recently and they were quick to respond, friendly and very helpful.

It was good to be able to send an email and check the status of my order - and to receive a reassuring reply. Sure enough, my order arrived shortly afterwards.

Had a great experience. I normally dont write reviews, but I feel I owe one as the customer service person was amazing and put an extra effort to manually double check the color (subtle shade of white😁) before posting. Now I have a great matching set at a bargain price. Love their designs, great value for money and customer service, will buy again whenever I see something nice.
